Service Providers

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (“Service Providers”), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

When you place an order in the Online Store:-

To fulfil an order, we request a delivery address and contact information (such as a phone number) for the intended recipient. We also request a billing address for fraud detection and as a complete record of the transaction. Postal addresses include a name, postal code, and country.

If you choose to pay for your order using a credit or debit card, this payment information is sent directly to our payment-services provider, Stripe, who authorise the purchase on our behalf. We never see or store your card details but we are notified if the transaction succeeds or fails.

If you choose to pay for your order using another service, such as PayPal, we never see your financial data, we are notified that a transaction has either succeeded or failed.


Payments for our Services by credit and debit cards are processed through our third party payment services processor, Stripe, in accordance with a Merchant Services Agreement between On The Edge Academy and Stripe, whose headquarters are at 3180 18th Street, Suite 100, San Francisco. When you reach the checkout stage of our ordering process, our website passes the credit/debit card details you provided securely and directly to Stripe to authorise the transaction with your bank or credit card company. On The Edge Academy does not store or have sight of any credit/debit card details. We require Stripe and all of our Partners to maintain levels of security that are adequate and appropriate to protect your information in accordance with all applicable legislation. We strongly recommend you visit Stripe’s website at and review their terms and conditions and in particular their privacy policy which sets out how they use and store your information.

Please note that On The Edge Academy does not store your credit/debit card information at any time, nor do we have sight of any credit/debit card details that you enter when paying for our Services. Payment information and authorisation is relayed to us from Stripe using tokenisation technology which means we never see your credit/debit card data which information never hits our servers at any time. We will not be legally responsible to you for any loss that you may suffer if a third-party gains unauthorised access to any information that you provide to Stripe.


If you choose to pay via PayPal you will be securely redirected to a PayPal operated site or mobile app, although this may appear to be presented within our website. We will not see any of your financial information held by PayPal nor we will ever see the username, email or password that you use to authenticate with PayPal. We will only be notified that the transaction has completed successfully or that it has failed, and we may be given a reason explaining why the transaction failed (e.g. “insufficient funds”, or “card reported as stolen”).

We strongly recommend that you visit Paypal’s website and review their privacy policy, available which sets out how they protect your information.

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
