What does the Show Fee include?

Your child’s participation fee covers all essential aspects of the production to ensure a professionally-run and unforgettable experience, excluding costumes, which will be arranged separately.

The show fee includes:

• Access to a professional photoshoot day
• Access to finale rehearsals to learn the finale number
• Access to dress rehearsals 
• Access to any extended classes
• Access to a matinee technical run and/or evening technical run
• Full theatre hire at The Oak Theatre (matinee production & evening production)
• Staffing, teaching and licensed chaperones time for all rehearsals and shows
• Specialist equipment hire
• Professional technicians for lighting, sound, and staging
• An exclusive ‘OTE XV: 15 Years In The Spotlight’ cast member t-shirt (to be worn during the finale)

Our annual summer production will take place at The Oak Theatre (Scarisbrick Hall) on Sunday 19th July 2026. This exciting event offers students a brilliant all-round theatre experience and the opportunity to perform live on a professional stage.

Performers will:

• Use state-of-the-art facilities
• Take part in a professional photoshoot day
• Participate in technical and dress rehearsals
• Perform in front of a live audience of family and friends
